Crops & Clips: March, 2014

I processed 367 photos during the month of March, 2014. Let's see if I can find at least one to match each of my favorite memes: Critters, Wild Birds, Fences, Sky, Reflections, Flowers, Seasons, and wordless beauty.

On March 25, fair skies over our back yard lake followed passage of a cold front. I can see one of those "me too" fences imposed by our Homeowners Association:

The affection  between this White-tailed doe and her nearly yearling fawn is beyond words (March 31):

It was a windy month, so none of my photos showed perfect reflections. This Great Egret did fairly well, at dawn on March 4:

I had to search very hard for flowers, as butterflies covered every one my collection. This Zebra heliconian allowed some of the Lantana bloom to show, on March 23:

  15. Am envying your grand daughter (a cutie:) ) for spying an eagles nest! You caught on to what I am doing for my weekly post - I post for the whole week for all the memes I participate in:)
    We have deer regularly in our "yard" and the mommy deer are always very protective of her kids:)
